Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return items for any reason within 7 days of delivery. We want you to be 100% happy with your order!

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns or call us at within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We will also accept money orders and cashiers checks. When ordering with money order or cashiers check, please use the "check" method when placing your web order. We do not accept personal checks.

Delivery Time

Shipping
Bizcat uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. Orders typically ship in 48-72 hours after receipt of order.

Canadian shipments will include a $10.00 surcharge to cover taxes and duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives at your door.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
